09 January 2025 (Cotabato City) — The National Amnesty Commission (NAC), in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), conducted an Amnesty Support Mission Planning Workshop.
Representing the NAC was Commissioner Jamar M. Kulayan, joined by members of the Local Amnesty Board (LAB) in Cotabato City: Atty. Ysnaira Ibrahim from the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) – Cotabato City Chapter and Atty. Marvin Mokamad from the Ministry of the Interior and Local Government (MILG).
The workshop served as a platform to discuss challenges and best practices in implementing the amnesty program, culminating in actionable recommendations to enhance the amnesty application process.
