𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐦𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
09 January 2025 (San Fernando City, Pampanga) – The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) in Pampanga held its New Year team meeting, officially opened by Mayor Vilma B. Caluag.
The meeting was attended by key stakeholders, including Atty. Nicolle S. Timoteo from the City Planning and Development Coordinator’s Office; Atty. Cornelio R. Tallada, Jr. from the City Legal Office; Colonel Arcadio S. Posada, Deputy Brigade Commander of the 703rd Infantry (Agila) Brigade, along with Captain Erol M. Dongallo and Sergeant Bautista; City Prosecutor Giselle Marie S. Geronimo from the Department of Justice (DOJ); Atty. Alejandro N. Buan, President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Pampanga Chapter; Police Lieutenant Colonel Melanie Banatao; and Police Corporal Sheralyn Diaz.
Ms. Catherine A. Vergara, the LAB Pampanga Secretariat, provided updates on the Four-Month Action Plan for LAB Pampanga. Members actively participated in discussions, offering suggestions to enhance collaboration and outreach efforts, particularly with Provincial Directors and Division Heads of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Central Luzon.
The meeting concluded with the unanimous election of Atty. Giselle Marie S. Geronimo, City Prosecutor from the DOJ, as the LAB Chairperson and Atty. Alejandro N. Buan, President of IBP-Pampanga, as the LAB Vice Chairperson.
