𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐦𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐳𝐩𝐢, 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐲, 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟗𝟎𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 (𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐭) 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐞, 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐦𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬

04 October 2025 (Albay) – The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) in Legazpi City and the 903rd Infantry (Patriot) Brigade, 9ID, Philippine Army, conducted an orientation and lecture for 50 former rebels (FRs) as part of the Brigade’s Former Rebel Deradicalization Program, “Muling Pagbangon: Ang Daan Patungo sa Kapayapaan at Pagbabago,” at the Evacuation Center, Brgy. Villahermosa, Daraga, Albay.

The LAB Secretariat met with Colonel Joy Villanueva, Brigade Commander of the 81st Infantry (Charger) Battalion, PA, and Arnel Renato L. Madrideo, Provincial Director of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Sorsogon Province, who served as the guest of honor and speaker for the event. Both officials expressed their full support for the government’s amnesty program.

Invited by the Brigade’s S7, Captain Rishelle M. Arambuyong, PA, the Brigade greatly appreciates the efforts of LAB Legazpi, Albay, and is thankful for the continued partnership with the LAB Legazpi, Albay in support of the Brigade’s deradicalization programs. They look forward to further collaboration in upcoming lectures and programs for FRs and Friendly Rescued individuals.
