13 September 2025 (Lagawe, Province of Ifugao) – The National Amnesty Commission (NAC), led by Chairperson Leah C. Tanodra-Armamento, participated in the “Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyo Sapat para sa Lahat 2025”, a nationwide initiative aimed at bringing essential government services closer to the people.

In her message, Chairperson Tanodra-Armamento echoed the words of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., who underscored the government’s commitment to serve with sincerity and courage:

“Nawa’y magsilbi ang araw na ito bilang paalala na: May gobyernong tunay na umaalalay at tapat na nagsusulong ng kapakanan ng lahat; At may Pangulong matapang na humaharap at handang samahan ang bawat Pilipino sa pagbangon.”

The event featured a One-Stop-Shop for Government Services and Consultations, where national agencies provided direct assistance, guidance, and information to the people of Ifugao. Services ranged from livelihood programs, social welfare support, medical and legal consultations, to employment facilitation.

With the support of the Provincial Local Government Unit of Ifugao, Governor Jerry Dalipog personally awarded assistance to beneficiaries under programs of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). These efforts provides the government’s continuing drive to uplift communities, particularly in far-flung areas.
