05 February 2024 (Pasay City) – The National Amnesty Commission, headed by Chairperson Leah Tanodra-Armamento and Commissioner Jamar M. Kulayan met with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). The UNODC team was led by their Country Manager Mr. Daniele Marchesi.

Representatives from UNODC discussed their mandate and important facets of criminal justice. In light of the hundreds of people who are anticipated to apply for amnesty, UNODC and NAC talked about potential areas of collaboration.
