27 May 2025 (Tagum City, Davao del Norte) – The Secretariat of Local Amnesty Board (LAB) Davao conducted an orientation on the government’s Amnesty Program during the Civil Affairs Seminar, held as part of the Civil-Military Operations Competency Enhancement Training (CMOCET) at the Headquarters of the 10th Civil-Military Operations Battalion, in Barangay San Agustin, Tagum City. The 10th Civil-Military Operations Battalion also known as the “Kalinaw” Battalion is a support unit under the 10th Infantry (AGILA) Division, Philippine Army.

The seminar aimed to provide participants with knowledge on various government initiatives and to enhance their capabilities in stakeholder engagement—critical for supporting the Division’s sustainment operations under the Integrated Territorial Defense System (ITDS).

The Secretariat of LAB-Davao delivered the Amnesty Program orientation to the civil-military operations (CMO) personnel coming from different units under the 10th Infantry Division (10ID). The event was also attended by Major Wilson H. Usman, Jr., of the 10ID, who served as the Course Director.
