24 February 2025 (Villahermosa, Albay) – The Secretariat of the Local Amnesty Board in Albay conducted an amnesty orientation in partnership with the 31st Infantry “Charge” Batallion of the Philippine Army, headed by Lieutenant Colonel Joy Villanueva INF (GSC) PA and facilitated by Second Lieutenant Rory Mae Babon (CE) PA.

In the activity, Mr. Philipp Listanco of LAB Albay discussed the National Amnesty Commission’s standard operating procedures to orient the applicants with details about the amnesty process. The LAB received a total of 32 applications and was also able to hold initial interviews with the applicants.

Also present in the activity was Atty. Paulino Belga III of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines who

administered the oath of the applicants.
