21 February 2025 (Catarman, Northern Samar) – Catbalogan’s Local Amnesty Board (LAB) Secretariat conducted an amnesty program orientation for 18 officers and enlisted personnel from various battalions under the 803rd Brigade in Brgy Dalakit, Catarman, Northern Samar.

The LAB, through Peace Program Officer Ms. Jazmine Odyssa Lutao, was invited by Brigadier General Efren Morados to participate in the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) Facilitator’s Training. Moreover, Lieutenant Colonel Rudyard Garcia, the Brigade’s Executive Officer, was there to oversee the training workshop.

This training aims to equip the officers with the necessary knowledge to expedite the processing of amnesty applications for former rebels, paving the way for their seamless reintegration into society.
