21 February 2025 (Pili, Camarines Sur) – The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) in Albay conducted a Local Amnesty Board Cascading Workshop facilitated by Colonel Luzmindo N. Mamauag, Jr. MNSA (INF) PA at the 9th Infantry (SPEAR) Division Philippine Army headed by Major General Noe Alberto Peñafiel PA. The workshop served as a platform for disseminating crucial information to the military personnel in support of the applications for amnesty.

During the orientation, Mr. Philipp Listanco of LAB Albay discussed the amnesty process, detailing the functions of LAB members and the standard operating procedure for the applications.

A significant part of the workshop was the emphasis on understanding of the government’s amnesty program. By equipping local leaders and military personnel with comprehensive knowledge, the workshop aimed to prepare them to handle inquiries and applications regarding amnesty effectively.
