19 February 2025 (Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur) – Brigade Commander Brigadier General Dean Mark F. Mamaril PA of the 501st Infantry Brigade welcomed the delegates of the National Amnesty Commission, led by Chairperson Atty. Leah Tanodra-Armamento, accompanied by Local Amnesty Boards La Union and Pampanga, for a courtesy visit at Bugbuga, Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur.

The discussion was both engaging and meaningful, highlighting the LAB’s role in the implementation of the government’s amnesty program. BGEN Mamaril reaffirmed his commitment and dedication to public service to further provide peace and security in support of NAC’s initiatives.

The LAB expressed their appreciation for the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ willingness to contribute to their efforts and are genuinely grateful about the countless possibilities that lies ahead.
