17 December 2025 (Tacloban City, Leyte) β€” The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) Tacloban formally issued Safe Conduct Passes (SCPs) to fifty-one (51) qualified applicants during a ceremonial activity, marking a significant milestone in the implementation of the National Amnesty Program. The activity highlights LAB Tacloban’s sustained commitment to providing assistance and guidance to applicants throughout the amnesty process.

The successful conduct of the ceremony was made possible through the steadfast support of Hon. Alfred S. Romualdez, Chairperson of LAB Tacloban and City Mayor of Tacloban, in close coordination with the Tacloban City Government.

The ceremony was attended by key officials and representatives, including Hon. Alfred S. Romualdez; Atty. Ivy Ann C. Carba, Chairperson Alternate; Regional Prosecutor Irwin A. Maraya, Department of Justice (DOJ) Primary Member; Col. Rico O. Amaro, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Primary Member and Vice Chairperson; PCol. Noelito A. Getigan, Philippine National Police (PNP) Alternate Representative and City Police Director; City Prosecutor Fiscal Ma. Ma. Liza Jorda; Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) Regional Director Atty. Vevelyn O. Monstanto; and Mr. Vincent Cales, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) Region VIII Representative.

The activity was led by Ms. Bhea Janine Fiel Gozo, PPO III of LAB Tacloban, in coordination with the LAB Secretariat.
