03 December 2025 (Catarman, Northern Samar) β The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) of Catbalogan, Samar, participated in the coordination meeting of the Northern Samar Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) Technical Working Group and Task Group held at Sasa Pension House in Catarman.
During the meeting, various government agencies presented their CY 2025 Accomplishment Reports and highlighted the services provided to former rebels. All attendees reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening inter-agency collaboration to advance sustainable peace and development in the province of Northern Samar.
The LABβs participation in the PTF-ELCAC meeting plays a vital role in streamlining the delivery of immediate social services and long-term livelihood assistance to applicants transitioning back to civilian life under the National Amnesty Program.
