12 November, 2025 (Tacloban City, Leyte) — The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) Tacloban, in close coordination with the Philippine National Police (PNP), successfully issued Safe Conduct Passes to six Amnesty Applicants, marking a significant step forward in advancing peace and supporting the continued implementation of the government’s Amnesty Program.

The Safe Conduct Passes ensure the safe and secure movement of applicants as they complete the remaining requirements under the program, reinforcing the government’s commitment to providing a structured, transparent, and humane process for those seeking reintegration.

The LAB extends its appreciation to PCol. Noelito Getigan, PNP LAB Member (Alternate), for his presence and support, which contributed to an orderly and well-coordinated issuance process.

The Board likewise acknowledges the dedicated efforts of Ms. Bhea Janine F. Gozo, Peace Program Officer III and LAB Secretariat, for her role in ensuring smooth coordination, comprehensive documentation, and consistent applicant assistance throughout the activity.
