23 November 2025 (Catbalogan, Samar) – The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) of Catbalogan, Samar, delivered a comprehensive lecture on the government’s Amnesty Program to 64 students undergoing the 8th Infantry Division’s Restructured Reenlistment Training (RRT) at Camp Lukban.

Represented by Peace Program Officer III Jazmine Odyssa Lutao, the initiative was held to commemorate the “Amnesty Proclamations’ Anniversary and the Start of the 100-Day Countdown Before the Amnesty Application Deadline.”

The training equips RRT students to effectively disseminate information regarding the program and its approaching deadline to personnel within their respective battalions. The continuous engagement by the LAB team, including weekend activities, underscores its unwavering commitment to promoting peace and ensuring the efficient implementation of the amnesty program.
