With hearts full of hope and arms wide open, the Local Amnesty Board-Bohol (LAB-Bohol) partook in the Amnesty Caravan, also in commemoration of the Amnesty Proclamations’ Anniversary and the start for the 100-day Countdown to cut-off date of amnesty application period.

In a separate activity on November 22, 2025, the LAB-Bohol Secretariat convened the former rebels of the Sevilla Cluster at Brgy. Magsaysay, Sevilla, Bohol and conducted an Amnesty Orientation and Application to the said participants. After a full digest of information and discussion, the LAB-Bohol Secretariat was able to collect fifteen (15) applications that are now subject for verification processes.

Moreover, Hon. Juliet B. Dano, Municipal Vice-Mayor of Sevilla, and Mr. Romeo S. Teruel, LAB-Bohol Alternate Chairperson, together with the troops from Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and Philippine National Police (PNP), attended the said program and showed their full support on this initiative. Atty. Glenn Rey D. Anino, Municipal Councilor of Sevilla, also graced the event and subscribed the applicants’ oath of allegiance as they formally surrendered and decided to return to the folds of the law.

The activity concluded productively and took a role towards attaining peace and unity, with emphasis on the goal of reaching 10,000 Second Chances to our Friends Rescued.
