19 November 2025 (Taguig City, Metro Manila) – The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) – National Capital Region (NCR) Secretariat revisited the 17 amnesty applications that the requires additional supporting documents at the Metro Manila District Jail Annex 4. The remaining applicants had either been transferred to other detention facilities or released after the charges against them were dismissed. The LAB NCR Secretariat, in coordination with the Community Relations Section of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), will be collating the necessary court records to assist in completing and strengthening the applicants’ amnesty submissions.

In addition, the LAB NCR received one additional applicant during the visit. The LAB NCR reaffirms its commitment to ensuring that all applications are thoroughly reviewed and resolved through the joint efforts of its members from various government agencies. The LAB NCR remains dedicated to facilitating a transparent, orderly, and efficient process for all individuals seeking amnesty under the current program.
