12 July 2025 (Bulan, Sorsogon) – The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) in Albay, in coordination with the 22nd Infantry Battalion headed by LTC Nante S. Occiano INF (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer, and facilitated by 2LT Caryl E. Barcenal (QMS) PA, conducted an orientation through the efforts of the Municipal Mayor of Bulan, Sorsogon, Hon. Romeo A. Gordola. LAB – Albay’s PPO III, Mr. Philipp D. Listanco, led a comprehensive orientation for the 36 amnesty applicants, highlighting the benefits of the Amnesty Program, as well as its guidelines and procedures.

The Local Amnesty Board Albay extends its warmest gratitude to the 22nd Infantry Battalion and the Local Government Unit of Bulan, Sorsogon for their continued support and active involvement in the Amnesty Program.
