20 September 2025 (Catbalogan, Samar) – The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) of Catbalogan, Samar, represented by Peace Program Officer III Jasmine Odyssa Lutao, delivered an insightful lecture on the Amnesty Program to 31 students of the 8th Infantry Division’s Restructured Reenlistment Training (RRT) at Camp Lukban, Catbalogan, Samar.
