8–9 September 2025 (Castilla, Sorsogon) – The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) Albay, Bicol, in partnership with the 3rd Civil Military Operations led by Lt. Col. Emerson Ian A. Borja, AGS (GSC) PA, commander of the 9th Civil Military Operations “Kaagapay” Battalion, successfully conducted a two-day amnesty orientation and application intake. The activity was facilitated by the 903rd Infantry “PATRIOT” Brigade under the leadership of BGen Jose Ricky A. Laniog.

The event was held at the headquarters of the 903rd Infantry Brigade in Brgy. San Rafael, Castilla, Sorsogon. It brought together various stakeholders committed to the peace process, with legal support provided by Atty. Annalyn Sherry Hibo-Gamboa of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and Atty. Ryan J. Domino from the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), who facilitated the subscription of documents.

This collaborative effort reflects the continued commitment of all involved agencies to ensure accessible and transparent implementation of the amnesty program in the region.
