30 June 2025 (Gamu, Isabela) – The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) of Isabela’s Secretariat actively participated in the Nexus Orientation of the PAMANA Program, Localized Peace Engagement (LPE), and its Transformation Program held at Camp Melchor F. Dela Cruz, Headquarters of the 5th Infantry Division in Upi, Gamu, Isabela.

The event was organized by the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) and led by Secretary Carlito G. Galvez Jr., together with Presidential Assistant Atty. Wilben M. Mayor. The orientation gathered key representatives from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), and various national government agencies to strengthen coordination and implementation of peacebuilding initiatives in the region.

This activity highlights the government’s ongoing efforts to promote peace and development, especially in areas affected by conflict. By working closely with local communities and agencies, the program aims to build lasting peace through cooperation and shared responsibility.
