14 August, 2025 (Tigaon, Camarines Sur) – The 2nd Police Mobile Force Company, led by Force Commander PMAJ Adnan Gaosil Calib, welcomed the Local Amnesty Board Albay Secretariat Team at their camp in Brgy. Caraycayon, Tigaon, Camarines Sur. The visit focused on strengthening collaboration between the LAB Albay and the 2nd PMFC in facilitating Amnesty Orientation and the acceptance of applications from ten former rebels (FRs). In cooperation with the Public Attorney’s Office of Camarines Sur’s 4th District, headed by Atty. Kim Ceasar Dela Fuente, necessary legal support was also provided to facilitate the process.

This effort reflects our collective commitment to reaching out to former rebels who have gone silent out of fear, particularly those concerned about potential legal consequences. Through the amnesty program, the government affirms that peaceful reintegration is not only possible but fully supported. Former rebels are assured that they can return to society without fear of retribution for actions committed in connection with their political beliefs. Together with our partner government agencies across the Bicol region, we aim to offer a smooth, safe, and just transition back into the folds of lawful society.
