19 August, 2025 (San Fernando City, La Union) — The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) La Union paid a courtesy call to PBGEN Dindo A. Reyes, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 1 (PRO1), at Camp BGen Oscar M. Florendo, Parian, San Fernando City.

During the meeting, RD Reyes expressed full support for the effective implementation of the Amnesty Program in Region 1, emphasizing its role in promoting peace, reconciliation, and national unity. He pledged the commitment of PRO1 in providing security, documentation assistance, interagency coordination, and community engagement.

The LAB Secretariat also formally informed RD Reyes of his membership in the Local Amnesty Board, which he accepted with appreciation.

Also present during the courtesy call were PCol Alex D. Fulgar, Chief of Regional Staff; PLTCOL Mar Louise T. Bundoc, Acting Chief of the Regional Intelligence Division; PCol John F. Charongen, Chief of the Regional Operations Division; PCol Dominic B. Guerrero, Chief of the Community Affairs and Development Division; and PCol Ernesto P. Navarro, Jr., Chief of the Regional Investigation and Detection Management Division.
