31 July, 2025 (Davao City, Davao) β The Local Amnesty BoardβDavao (LAB-Davao) conducted courtesy visits to newly appointed PNP officials in Region XI and Davao City to brief them on their roles in the National Amnesty Program through the Local Amnesty Board.
On July 30, LAB-Davao met with PCol. Mannan Muarip, new City Director of the Davao City Police Office, who is designated to serve as the Boardβs Alternate Member representing the PNP. He expressed full support and look forward to actively participate in the LAB-Davao’s undertakings.
Today, July 31, LAB-Davao’s Vice Chairperson Col. Michael Banua led the LAB-Davao delegation to PBGen Joseph R. Arguelles, newly installed PRO11 Regional Director and designated Primary Member representing the PNP to the Lcal Amnesty Board – Davao. He affirmed his support for the program and even offered the use of the PROXI’s facilities for LAB-Davao’s activities.
These appointments reaffirm the PNPβs active role in advancing the amnesty program, with PBGen Joseph R. Arguelles and PCol. Mannan Muarip now officially serving as Primary and Alternate Members of the Local Amnesty Board – Davao, respectively.
A courtesy visit to the new President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines β Davao Chapter is also underway, as LAB-Davao finalizes its new slate of Board members in the coming days.
