is pleased to announce that the doors to amnesty are now OPEN! Proclamation Nos. 403, 405, 406, and 404 have all received the Senate’s seal of approval, paving the way for a fresh start. It’s time to leave the past behind and embrace a brighter future! Mark your calendars! Applicants have 2 years to file their applications with the Local Amnesty Board (LAB) near their area. Members of the RPMP-RPA-ABB, MILF, and MNLF may file their application until March 4, 2026, while former members of the CPP-NPA-NDF or their front organizations may file their application until March 13, 2026. LABs where you may file your application are located in the following areas: National Capital Region, Iloilo City, Bacolod City, Cagayan de Oro City, Cotabato City, Davao City, Pagadian City, Isabela City, Basilan, Pampanga, La Union City, Baguio City, Albay, Lucena, Quezon, Catbalogan, Tacloban, Bohol, Koronadal, Butuan and Jolo, Sulu.
