12 February, 2026 (Baybay City, Leyte) โ€“ The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) Tacloban successfully conducted an Amnesty Orientation and Application Intake in Baybay City, held at the Training Room of the Municipal Hall, which garnered a total of 31 new amnesty applicants during the activity.

This initiative was made possible through the strong collaboration of partner agencies and stakeholders, particularly the City Governments of Tacloban and Ormoc; the 93rd Infantry Battalion; the 802nd Infantry Brigade; the Public Attorneyโ€™s Office โ€“ Baybay District; and representatives from Uswag Sinirangan Bisayas, who extended their steadfast support and assistance throughout the event.
