On this 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻, we honor the courage and sacrifice of Filipinos who stood firm in defense of our nation during World War II. Their enduring legacy of bravery and resilience continues to inspire our commitment to serve the country with integrity and purpose.

As the National Amnesty Commission, we uphold these same values by promoting reconciliation and national unity. Through the grant of amnesty, we provide pathways for former combatants to return to the fold of society, guided by the belief that healing and understanding are essential to lasting peace.

In commemorating this day, we recognize that true patriotism extends beyond valor in conflict—it is equally reflected in our collective efforts to rebuild trust and strengthen harmony. May the spirit of Araw ng Kagitingan guide us in advancing a just, peaceful, and united country.
