The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) Baguio – Cordillera successfully conducted a series of marathon deliberation conferences covering a total of 254 amnesty applicants, demonstrating continuous efforts to advance reconciliation and reintegration initiatives in the region. As part of its ongoing mandate, the Board submitted eleven (11) applications for review by the National Amnesty Commission (NAC), facilitated Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activities, and carried out the ceremonial turnover of Safe Conduct Passes (SCPs) across the provinces of Abra, Mountain Province, Kalinga, Ifugao, Benguet, and Apayao.

In addition, orientation sessions and amnesty intake activities were conducted in the municipalities of Conner and Luna, Apayao, accommodating a total of 98 applicants. These collective efforts highlight the unwavering commitment, dedication, and collaboration of LAB Baguio members, the secretariat, and partner agencies in promoting peace, trust-building, and sustainable reconciliation throughout the Cordillera Administrative Region.
