05 February, 2026 (Mabalodbalod, Tigaon, Camarines Sur) β The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) of Albay paid a courtesy visit to Brigadier General Emil J. Cruz, Commander of the 901st Infantry βFight βEmβ Brigade. During the visit, we discussed the status of amnesty applicants in Camarines Sur, as well as future activities and potential collaborations in support of the peace process in the province.
At the same venue, LAB Albay successfully issued a total of 26 Safe Conduct Passes to amnesty applicants from Camarines Sur. In addition, LAB Albay received one (1) applicant who recently surrendered to the 83rd Infantry βMatikasβ Battalion.
The activity was successfully conducted with the presence of representatives from the municipalities of Presentacion and Caramoan, Camarines Sur, where most of the applicants originated, demonstrating their full support for the amnesty program and the peace process.
