02 March, 2026 (Bacolod City, Negros Occidental) — Former Partylist Representative and national commander of the Revolutionary Proletarian Army-Alex Boncayao Brigade (RPA-ABB) Mr. Joseph Stephen “Caraps” Paduano officially filed his amnesty application before the Local Amnesty Board (LAB) in Bacolod.

His application was joined by 52 other members of the RPM/P-RPA-ABB, filing a day before the deadline.

LAB Bacolod is also expecting to receive application from KAPATIRAN Chairperson Veronica “Ka Inca” Tabara today, 4 March 2026.
