09 March, 2026 (Tigaon, Camarines Sur) β The Local Amnesty Board (LAB) Albay, Bicol conducted an Amnesty Orientation and application processing activity in Brgy. Consocep, Tigaon, Camarines Sur, giving former rebels and qualified applicants the opportunity to begin their journey toward reintegration and lasting peace. The activity aimed to inform participants about the Amnesty Program while facilitating the processing of required documents, ensuring applicants were properly guided through each step.
The activity was conducted in coordination with the 83rd Infantry βMatikasβ Battalion, led by LTC Randy Eloreta, whose support ensured its orderly and secure implementation. The subscription of application documents was administered by Atty. Kim Dela Fuente, District Head of the Public Attorneyβs Office (PAO) in the 4th District of Camarines Sur, reinforcing the legal integrity and transparency of the process.
